Silver jewellery should also be stored in a box, bag or soft cloth to prevent scratching with other items.
Spraying perfume directly onto your jewellery could impact it’s colour. Some medications or skin types may also cause silver to tarnish.
When cleaning your jewellery do not use harsh chemicals, rather a silver dip, polish paste or silver cloth. Check that there are no loose stones and limit gemstone exposure to silver polish. Some cleaners may harm certain gemstones. You may also use a mild diluted dishwashing liquid and afterwards rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
Rhodium plated 925 silver does not tarnish.
4. What is your exchange and return policy?
Change of mind
Please carefully read the descriptions of the products before placing your order, and take note of the dimensions. If you change your mind within 7 days, you can obtain a refund provided you have proof of purchase and return the item in its original sale condition and packaging. Please note that Bijoux Lane Collections does not offer free returns. For returns made due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. After proof of payment is received we will arrange collection with The Courier Guy. Please note, subject to law, refunds will not be granted for earrings, body piercing products, and hair accessories for hygiene reasons. After we receive the returned product we will pay the refund within 24 hours.
Defective items
Upon receipt of an order, the buyer must please check the items and inform Bijoux Lane Collections immediately if there are any damaged items due to transit or of an incorrect quantity. If your online purchase arrived damaged, we’re so sorry about this and will rectify the matter urgently. We will request you to send us images of damaged items.
